CNC-controlled punching system which
interfaces with GEKA Puma machines.
Plate sizes from 6” x 6” to 30” x 60”.
Plate thicknesses from 1/8” to 1-1/2”
with maximum hole size of 6”.

Save the time of costly layout & plate handling, improve accuracy, eliminate template preparation, increase production, and reduce the high cost of inventory with the use of the CNC Positioning Table. The CNC control allows the simple programming of the X & Y coordinates. This system is ideal for long production runs or one-of-a-kind parts.

· Throat depths of 20” and 30”
· Plate sizes from 6” x 6” to 30” x 60”
· Plate thicknesses from 1/8” to 1”

· Fagor 102 CNC Control or a Windows-based touch-screen control with GEKA Pro PC software
· Punch or center punch
· Hydraulic clamping from side to allow full use of the throat depth
· Uses any of the following tooling: GEKA, Cleveland Punch & Die, or 28XX
